How to disable springboard and lockscreen rotation

Is there a way to only disable the auto rotation on the lockscreen and springboard? Rotation while in apps is great but not on lockscreen and springboard. Thanks

This might be the closest way of doing It. Cydia app called no mute. It changes ur mute button back to rotation lock. I keep it on when on springboard but in apps I switch it off pretty easy and convenient. Not sure of any other way, but u can try it.
