How to lock a folder?

I am wanting to lock or password protect a folder on my iPad so my toodler won't have access to it. How do I do that without jailbreaking

Unfortunately, there is no way to lock a specific folder or an app without jailbreaking. Sorry.

You can download/use EvereaderPro app for locking either/both the app or/and a built-in "Private" folder inside the app. No jailbreaking needed. Good thing is that this app will read (view) many different types of document including MS office doc, photos, and even create simple doc like text files. And it's free!
