Hello kavita. It's not possible to put a WhatsApp on a stock iPad as the developer has indicated that they are not supporting any of the iPads. You must be jail broken to install WhatsApp.

Because there have been many threads in the past dealing with installation of WhatsApp, we'll close this thread now.
