How To Put Photos Onto iPad From A PC?

Would like to put a copy of some pictures onto a iPad 2 from a PC. Tired looking in iTunes but can't even find a folder for photos. Found folders for music, videos, podcast but no photos folder.

Here are Apple's instructions if you wish to use iTunes:
Sync photos from your computer to your iOS device using iTunes - Apple Support

There are other methods too, such as online storage or apps that will transfer your images to the iPad.

That worked. Don't know why I couldn't find the photo tab before but once I found the tab everything worked great.
