How to reach AT&T Customer Service for Forgotten Password

My credit card number has changed and I cannot remember my original AT&T data plan password to change my account info. All of the links I have found thus far are for telephone accounts. Help, please!

Here is the link to the AT&T web site that I start at to get to my account for the iPad: https://dcp2.att.com/OEPNDClient/Logout

They have a "forgot password?" link there (just need your e-mail address). There's also a "Contact Us" link at the bottom of it.
