How to run flash player on iPad2

I'm new with Apple products, but i'm already addicted.
But there are fez things to learn.
Q? How to run flash player?

Hi jtuser--unfortunately, Flash on the iPad is not supported. In fact Adobe had discontinued supporting flash on all mobile devices at this point.

There are workarounds that you can try using apps such as iSwifter which may help you view flash sites. I use iSwifter and seems to be good, but a little laggy at times.
