How to synchronise ipad with a PC

Hi i'm new to this Forum as i have just bought an Ipad2. I have partition my hard drive into two partition. One for the OS and the other one i have put all the stuff for my Ipad .(Like photo, pdf files). Now i want to synchronise this partition with my Ipad. Is it possible and if yes How. Pls can someone help me?
