How to UNDO underline and other formatting in Goodreader?

I've started using Goodreader and love it, but I cannot figure out how to undo formatting, for instance when I accidentally underline the wrong word. All of the online help pages refer to an undo button and show a left-pointing arrow, but I can't find a screen where the undo button appears. I've also found responses to a similar question on forums, but again, I can't find the button. Please help!

The Undo, when available, is only there until you save/quit that tool.

To delete an annotation afterwards, tap the line you want to remove. Pinch to zoom in if you're having trouble selecting the right object. A pop-up menu appear. One of the options will be to delete.
