Hwlp with Itunes for PC/Ipad2 sync

I'm a new Ipad user who has previously only owned PC's - not Macs. I mistakenly created a new Itunes id for my Ipad instead of using the one on my desktop PC. How can I get everything on one account without losing any of my purchases? Also, Itunes now says I have registered 3 computers. I only own 2. How do I fix this?
