I can't add converted movies to iTunes library

Recently changed my iTunes library storage from an external hdd to the interanl drive of my netbook. Music transfer to my ipad 2 didn't encounter any problems, but converted movies I cannot transfer to my library. I synced my iphone 4 to the same itunes before I had my ipad2.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!
