I can't seem to get more then one movie to go on my ipad 2 through itunes?

I was hoping someone could help me I don't know what to do. I recently started using handbrake as I wanted to transfer movies from my pc to iPad 2. It seemed to be working great until I actually went to transfer them. It will only transfer one movie on, no more then one and I really want at least a few. I put a bunch in iTunes and nothing what gives????

So what does it do with the others? Do you get an error message?

It transfers normally. No error message nothing it just says synch 1 movie out of 1, but just the last movie in the list will show up. Doesn't seem to register other movies there. So confused
