That didn't tell me anything about how I can get a replacement SIM card.

I'm not sure, but can't you just ask for one? At one point I was told that I could just buy service and that would give me a SIM card. Just call them.

Yes, you just walk in and ask for one.

They're supposed to charge $10 or $15 for a card, but if you run into the right sales person, you might get one for free.
