Does the new Ice Rink (used to rest followers) require wonders to power (such as rain or sunlight)? For instance, the Tea Rooms does NOT require any wonders to power.

No wonders to use. Nice...there are 3 that came out so far...the halloween one (that is no longer available), the Ice Rink and the Tea Room. All the rest need some sort of wonder to power. Good Luck!
