When Airplane mode is on, and wifi is also on, wifi signals are received and you can browse internet.

The settings list on the left is all wrong, for iOS 7 anyway.

Since your signature says you are jailbroken I have to guess that it's some tweak responsible. Turn off your tweaks one at a time, especially settings related tweaks, until things return to normal. You may want to restart after each disabled tweak.

Ask a moderator or admin to move your thread to the Hacking section, where you are more likely to get good help. I'm not a jailbreaker, so all I'm doing is parroting the usual fix.

I think it may rather be a missing file in your system. Do you use iFile?

If you do turn Airplane mode on, you will only have the Plane icon, if you then turn on your wifi, you will have the Plane and Wifi symbol.....is this what you have done?

Can you please give more info on the problem here as we are only guessing.
