What is a decent price for an I-pad 2 with 64gb and 3G/Wifi ?
I want to buy one but the prices seem to be around $500-650
is that right for a used I-pad? thanks

I would say that's in the ball park. What I would do is go to eBay and add several of the auctions to a watch list (if you have an eBay account) just to get an idea of what they actually sell for. Then you can shop around to look for a good deal. Other places to check out would be amazon.

You should also check in at the Apple Store. Apple provides a black, 64g, wifi + 3G AT&T refurbished model for US$679. I have a refurbished iPad2 and it fantastic. Here is a link if you want to check it out:

If you wait a month or two, you might find the new IPad available as refurbished product.
