I want to update my ios4 to ios5

I want to update my ipad2 ios4 to ios5, but I can't make it right is someone out there to guide n help me

Unfortunately, Apple has stopped authorizing installations of iOS 5.x. The only software available for upgrade is iOS 6. Sorry.
