icloud problem

Hello,

My question is I have a ipad mini & tried to delete a game called hay day. It has been deleted from my ipad but not from icloud. I want to delete it so I can redownload it. I can't rid of it. I shows a symbol of a cloud with a arrow pointing downward or a circle with a dot in the middle. Any advise would be much appreciated.

Hi, welcome to iPF!

The cloud should allow you to reinstall the app. Tap it, and it should start installing (blue circle shows the progress).
When you purchased an app, it will always stay in your App Store - Purchased list, and it can't be removed from there.
