iCloud

Hi this is Pat. I am new to the iPad and am trying to learn about iCloud and how to login to iCloud and manage stored items. I logged in on a PC using Internet Explorer at www,icloud.com but did not see where to manage photos in iCloud and it only showed 2 contacts but I have many more Contacts
on my iPad.
