Icons missing in itunes

Hi and welcome to the Forum!
Some countries do not allow all the features that Apple offers with the iPad and this may be the case with yours. You can however sign up for another App store account from another country. You will need an iTunes card from that country and as these are available on the net and you will only need the number on it, this can be emailed to you. You will also need to create another email account, I suggest gmail. An address will also be asked for and some just put an Apple store address in this country. Have a look here for more info:-
