If i remain in beta 2, can i keep facetime over 3g?

So with beta 3, 3G FaceTime calls are going to cost extra. Since I've put in my car mount, I use FaceTime over 3G a lot. I am willing to deal with the glitches and bugs of beta 2 in order to keep my 3G FaceTime, even after the final product is released. So my question is, if I do keep the beta 2 (even after the commercial version of ios 6 is released) will I be able to use the FaceTime over 3G? Or will the greedy, penny sucking nazzis at AT&T be able to figure it out and accordingly charge me their overpriced fee for using a feature that should come standard with any data service?
