So I ordered my ipad mini with 4g/LTE thinking oh sweet it'll be here in a week, two at the most had no idea they haven't even been released, damn I can't wait to get mine!

Your wait should be coming to an end soon, as they have started shipping. Word is delivery dates are as early at 11/15 (Mine is 11/16). I expect them to be in stores on 11/16.
