Could someone please tell me why when I convert a AVI movie through the video converter it does not convert all the AVI movie, just part of it. Very frustrating as want to include this on a Keynote Presentation Slide.... I have tried different profiles but not sure how to resolve this situation... All advice appreciated.

Sorry I have the trial version which apparently only copies part of it..... Is there another way without buying the full version of this only to be used a couple of times..... Advice appreciated..... Thanks all.
