Image/Photo Thread Of Any Images You Would Like To Share....

Just wanted to share two of my favorites pictures from my just-returned-from holiday in the Republic of Ireland. I took these with my iPhone 5 (which was my main camera on holiday). As you can see, it does a great job of picture-taking (IMNSHO, of course :)).

This first one is Kylemore Abby (Connemara, County Galway), a castle turned active Benedictine monastery:

The second one is from the Cliffs of Moher (County Clare):

Beautiful, beautiful country, Ireland.

Not as delicate as crimping the tiny numbered bands around their legs.

This post handcrafted from 100 percent post-consumer recycled electrons.

I had the pleasure of holding an Emerald Hummingbird in my hand. It flew into our garage and appeared to be "drunk". I suspect that somebody had let some sugar water in their feeder ferment. When it tired enough for me to catch (I kept it flying constantly until it could not stay in the air) I also noticed that it's beak was "crossed" so badly that it could not possibly feed. I think it had flown into a window or something. I gently moved the beak and a tiny "click" later all went back to normal. When I released it it went straight to my feeder and drank and drank and drank and drank. Such a delicate little life. 8)

These are great, Marilyn. How close to the cliff edge did you get?

I'd like to see your pictures. All I get is "Invalid Attachment", in the app and in website view. :-(

It's working fine for me in the App.....

In web view I get the links, if I click on them the images open full screen.

This is what I see now

I'm using an iPad 4 and the pictures display properly for me.<img src="http://www.ipadforums.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=44913"/>

It's still the same here. :-(
I can see the pictures in your screenshots, but not the pictures in the post, not even quoted by OB.
I also can't see them when I use Safari.

Hi Johanna, have you tried steps that you have often helped other members with.? Like clear apps from the task bar/RAM, reset the iPad etc.? Just a thought...

I did. These were the first things I tried.
I've looked at my settings in iPF and iPad as well, tried to look at the pictures through Safari - not logged in.
The WiFi connection is working as expected.

What's interesting: I can see all the other pictures, except the ones from Mickey's post.

I'm the same also....I can't see them on the app or in website view and it is how you have described it for me also.....strange!

Must be only visible to the male of the species!

What a lovely story.

I'm so glad you were able to fix its beak.....the poor little thing would not have been able to eat otherwise! ;)
