Just received an email (on his list) from David Shipper w/ the seascape scene shown below and called Shining Through - exact site not given but Carolina/Georgia coast - link to his website for those interested (again no personal/financial relationship to him). And BTW, I went ahead and ordered the Pelican shown a few pages back (16"x20" w/ 2-inch mat - will make the frame in my basement shop). Dave

Boy, an American White Pelican - we see mostly of Brown Pelicans along the eastern coastal areas (like the pic I showed a few pages back) - and we've not been to Florida in several years now (was planning to go this year, BUT......), the last place I believe we saw the species - several pics below showing wings w/ the wonderful darker colors and its distribution in North America. Dave

Yes, I can see the large amount of orange on the map in Saskatchewan & Manitoba - those 2 large lakes in the latter province must see a LOT of activity! Dave
