Max Bygraves was quite a popular television entertainer, comedian, singer, actor, and variety performer here in the UK back in the 50ā€™s, 60ā€™s and 70ā€™s. That particular record was produced in 1975.

Thatā€™s the national monument that was under threat by the previous administration.
 
I wonder how many more years the Famous Tree has left as most of the branches are dead.
It makes a great silhouette.
It does, I agree.

Iā€˜m surprised itā€˜s still there. Not only are many of its braches dead, itā€™s also standing on a field and takes up space. Iā€™m glad itā€™s there. The tree is a kind of landmark.
