Images not getting saved in photos

First time posting here, I am having a simple issue I just cannot seem to figure out. When I go to save a screenshot or "Save Image" from a website in Safari or face book image it does not show up the Photos, or anywhere for that matter. Ipad3 is not jail broken ...

Try settings,Privacy,Photos, Facebook , turn on. That's what I did for mine
