For those that have had difficulty with sync of notes on IMExchange2, the following is what worked for me:
In Outlook, go to the Notes folder
Right click on the folder and choose Properties
Go the the Permissions tab
Add yourself as a user
Give yourself Owner permission level
Apply and OK
Make sure your account settings in the IMExchange2 app are correct. Our system requires regular password changes so sometimes I forget to change the password in IMExchange2.
Hit the sync arrow and cross your fingers.
