Importing videos to iPad Air

I was sent a video, by email, from a Latop in MP4 format. The video never arrived. Then, I was sent another one from an iPad, this time in MOV format. Why would the MP4 one not arrive, and does iPad not recognise MP4 format.

If the MP4 was long enough the mail provider may have blocked the attachment. Most email providers have maximum size limits for attachments.

Try using DropBox or another cloud service to copy the email instead. Or you can use an app like PhotoSync.

The video is 23.1 MB and is 54 seconds long. Would this be too big?
