Hello, I've been watching your post for several days and no response since French is not a language common to this site , BUT using Google translation your question is quoted below:

I no longer use GoodReader so not of any help, but the 'User Manual' is HERE which may be of help (although in English) - hopefully others knowing French can chime in with some help (otherwise Google translation is a great source). Good luck - Dave
