Internet via Ethernet on iPad 2

Sounds great so if I take my ipad 2 might have a ipad 3 by June when I travel to china the hotel ethernet can plug into the cradlepoint, then what will I do when i turn on my ipad? I'm a little technically challenged, so i need details

Well u plug the cradlepoint router into the power. Plug the hotel Ethernet cable into the router. Then the router becomes a wireless access point. You should be able to go I to settings on the iPad select network and you should see the wireless network generated by the router. You can then connect to the wireless network and surf the Internet.
