Invalid account

Just this morning, I tried to download application from apple store but not working.
The message is, "your account is not valid for use in the US store. You must switch to the Nigerian store before purchasing".
Pls, how can I switch to Nigerian store?

Open iTunes app. Scroll to bottom. Log out. Sign on and create a new Apple ID. Pick Nigeria store.

That's if you have no existing Nigerian iTunes account.
