what is the difference between 4.3.3 and 4.3.4? I just upgraded to my ipad 2 and don't see any difference?

There is no difference - it was simply a patch of the PDF exploit that enabled the iPad2 to be jailbroken. For any user on 4.3.3 there is no change in functionality at all.
