Upgraded to IOS 6.0.1, all went well. Can't sync via wifi to my Windows 7 ITunes. I found other posts with similar issues. Has Apple fixed this problem? Is there a work-a-round? TIA for your help.

I too would be glad to hear! I have to plug in all my devices now for them to be recognized in itunes. I have tried all the suggestions to get it to work via wifi but none work for me. Luckily I can still backup to iCloud.

I also had to reconnect all my idevices back to my computer using the USB cable for it to recognize.

What I have noticed is that seems to help is turning on the computer and get iTunes running for about 30 minutes and then it shows all 3 devices. I don't know why that is, but that's what worked for me since.

So it's broke. I'm a very green iPad2 user. What's the proper escalation procedure to get Apple to fix it? Thanks.

You cannot even sync using the USB cable to your computer, because the wifi sync process is a little finicky for me at times? I usually will do a direct connect to the computer to do my back ups to iTunes.

I have wifi sync working now. I don't know what I did to fix it. I did the following and it started working:
Connected my ipad2 to the latest release of iTunes on my W7 laptop with USB cable.
When iPad2 connected to iTunes I turned on "sync using wifi" and clicked DONE.
Did a sync. Clicked DONE.
Disconnected. Powered off iPad2. Powered off Laptop. Restarted my router.
Powered up iPad2 and confirmed wifi was working.
Powered up laptop, started iTunes.
The iPad2 now shows up in iTunes. Did a sync. Clicked DONE.
I thought I had tried the same procedure previously,
but it (up until now) didn't work. Go figure.

It does get finicky like that and all you can do is be patient!
