You can only get the blobs for a specific iOS version while Apple is still signing it. Once the signing window closes there is no way at all to get those blobs. All I can recommend is that you start saving your blobs for each iOS version, starting now.

Nope you can't get them anymore. Once the blobs were signed off last Sept that was it in getting them.

You are thinking of 5.1.1.
You haven't been able to get 4.x blobs since about October 2011! (a few days after the public release of 5.0)
