My daughter updated her IOS last night to 10.2. After that, she is no longer able to watch downloaded TV shows. She was previously able to watch them, but the "play" button no longer appears. They show as downloaded. I tried deleting the download and reloading them, but that didn't help. Movies she has downloaded still play fine. Any suggestions?
