IOS won't upload!

Hello
Have tried twice to do the IOS upload to my ipad2 but it won't go through ....its gone onto my iPhone with no problems so I don't understand why it will not go through on my iPad.
Would be most grateful for some advice,

The iOS image is different for an iPad and iPhone, so you'll need to download an iOS image that's specific to the iPad.
