No, I agree it does look awful on the iPad. Its better on the iPad 3 than it is on the 2 because of the Retina display. On the iPad 2 it's all pixelated and just looks cheap. But I think if it was full screen it would just look magnified and out of place like and iPhone app x2'd without Retinapad installed. But I'm sure someone will make a tweak extremely soon
