ipad 2-3 applications compatibility

Hello All,

I am new to apple, I just bought an ipad 2 (not 3rd). I was wondering how the future of the applications will look like considering the resolution of ipad2 and ipad3. Will the developers create applications with ipad2 rezolution and ipad3 resolution or in the future they will focus more on the 2048x1536 resolution and will stop working on the lower rez applications?

Developers will include resources for both resolutions in their apps for the foreseeable future. You may see a few iPad3 exclusive titles, and these are likely to be games, however with over 65 million iPad devices out there you can be assured you will have plenty of app choice for a long while yet.

I just bought ipad3 a month or something and i live in the uk. Everyone is talkin about the 4g network i dont understand?
Is the network going to work when it comes out in the uk or not?

No, it's unlikely to work on UK 4G when we finally get it. The specs are different to the US 4G which is what we have been sold in the UK.
