iPad 2 Book to Kindle?

I just purchased a new book for my iPad 2 and downloaded it. Is there a way to also load it to my Kindle without having to re-buy it again?

If the book you purchased for your iPad was a Kindle book, then - yes - it will synchronise automatically. If it was not a Kindle book - perhaps iBooks - then there's no way as they're DRM protected.
