Ipad 2 is stuck in recovery mode...need help plsss

Hi, I tried restoring my iPad 2 model A1396 to the latest iOS but it is stuck at the apple logo screen with the progress bar at around 60%.

Tried the above many times but still the same.

I tried another method by putting the ipad to dfu mode, downloaded an older version of ios in ipsw format and tried to restore but received error 3194.

Googled on how to solve the 3194 error, tried all the methods suggested and still not working. I have also tried on 3 different computers......

Error 3194 indicates that you're trying to install the wrong software. The only version that you'll be able to install is the current one, iOS 8.3.

Reset your iPad, if the progress bar doesn't move. To do so, press and hold Home and Power button until the Apple logo appears. Let go of both, the iPad will power up on it's own.

Is your iPad jailbroken previously? Make sure you have the latest iTunes.and upgrade to latest iOS version.
