Ipad 2 wont verify the 5.1 update

I've downloaded the 5.1 update but couldn't verify the installation!! Can anyone help...

Hi there-what do you mean can't verify?

If you go to iPad settings/General/About/version

There you can verify if your version was updated to 5.1. Hope this helps.
