I accidentally upgrade my iPad to 4.3.4, now I'd like to jailbreak.. is there anyone have told me whether can I jailbreak it or not? thanks...

You have an iPad2, so the answer is no. There is absolutely no way to jailbreak your iPad2 or downgrade it to an earlier version. Sorry.
