Ipad 3 calendar (sync with work) on iphone

Hi

I am currently syncing my work Calendar on my iPad 3. I also have iPhone 4s and I want my iPad calendar sync with iPhone.

My company allows only one wireless sync (not two devices) with lotus notes servers (email & calendar). How can I sync these calendars wirelessly.

Can I use iCloud to sync. One way sync, iPad to iPhone, is also OK.

Any help is appreciated.
