iPad 3 issues

Hi there. I am new to this and would appreciate some help. I have a iPad 3 and my girlfriend also has a iPad 3.
We share the same iTunes account as she has no debit or credit cards. When she downloads a app it also downloads it on my iPad 3 and if I download a app on mine it also downloads it onto my iPhone 4.
We both have our own iCloud email addresses which are set nd iCloud is disabled. Can anyone advise how to stop multiple transfers to devices so it downloads only to the device used. Much appreciated.

Settings - store - automatic downloads

Select the options you want, I guess you want everything off on both devices.
