iPad 3 Otterbox Case Defender Questions

Hello,

I've been searching around for the answer via the internet and have stumbled across this website so hopefully I can get some help.

I'm currently sending in my iPad 3 Case Defender to be replaced and when they ask for the vendor code I'm looking for it inside the case but I can't find it. Where would it be located? If you have the same case could you let me know what it is because I've had no luck with it? I know it's not unique because I've seen the same one on my iPhone 4S as my sisters.

Have you looked on the inside wall of your otterbox case? It may be located along the inside of the case.
