Ipad 4 is disabled

Hi,
My Ipad 4 is disabled,i put worng password,what is solution for unlock the device?
i have many data inside so not possible to restore.
please give me a solution for back up the data or unlock the password.

I hope you have a backup created before the password was created. The only possibility, if you cannot remember the password, is to restore from such a backup.

Otherwise, there is no solution. The password is unbreakable, as far as we know on this forum.

You can recover your photographs by plugging into your computer (PC) and browsing to the iPad/DCIM folder, but that is all.
