iPad Air restore error 9,14,2009,4014

I have iPad Air locked by I cloud after I remove r1506
My iPad in DFU Mode then I restore show error 9,14,2009,4014. I try change 4 cable and 3pc still the same.
Pls give solution for fix it.

Usually error 9 is a problem with the security software on the computer, but:

If your iPad is iCloud locked there's nothing that can be done to help you unless you can remember the Apple ID and password requested by Apple when trying to unlock the iPad.

The point is that there is no solution that can help you. DFU Mode will not bypass iCloud Activation Lock, which is why you keep getting error messages. An iCloud locked iPad cannot be restored unless you can provide the requested Apple ID and password.
