iPad Air will not display Wi-Fi Log-in page

New here, and new to iPad and iPhone.

IPad was connecting to Wi-Fi fine for about 26 days here in Afghanistan. But today, it will not even display the Wi-Fi Login Page?

I have talked to friends and tried the following:

1. Rebooted iPad

2. Selected Setting and "Renew Lease"

3. Setting to "Reset Network Setting"

All failed to resolve the issue. Any other suggestions that a computer stupid guy like me can attempt?

Have you tried resetting the WiFi router? BTW, is your iPad the only device that can't connect to WiFi on the same router you are having problems connecting to?

Yes, it was the only device not working. Forgot to write that, sorry.

I performed a second reset of the network settings located in the General Settings. It is working now!

Had a friend here who had the same issue with his iPhone on a different router and performing a Reset Network Settings fixed his problem too.
