IPAD application that allows me to chat to people around the world.

I got tired from looking for an application that connects me to worldwide chatrooms that allows me to chat to random people from all countries around the world, all the applications i found just pieces of crap ( skout, zoosk, tango, badoo....etc ) all are crap !

Please advice.

Sounds like you want an IRC client. IRC = Internet Relay Chat.

Groupme, Facebook, Twitter, Kik, and iMessage. This ones are the best for chatting.
