iPad Apps and the Apple Agreement

Hi, I'm brand new here and with the iPad.

I have downloaded "Kobo" and a few solitaire type games to my iPad.

I live in Ontario during the summer and Florida during the winter.

Since the Apple Agreement says CANADA ONLY, does this mean that I won't be able to pay Solitaire to read any eBooks on Kobo when I'm in the U.S.?

Of course you can read the books or play the games already on your iPad anywhere you want, but due to some copyright laws, you may not be able to download the same stuff while in Canada as you can in the US, eh.
